Springtime Yoga Workshop!
Derek Borth will teach a fun and ecologically friendly Springtime Yoga workshop! Class will incorporate a spring theme with games and yoga poses, meditation for the Earth, sustainability discussion, mandala making, snack and a take home grow kit.
Saturday May 28th! 1:00-2:30
Ages 4-12
We are all the change. The children are the leaders. A child’s natural connection to the Earth lends themselves to this wonderful workshop by honoring their connection and encouraging participation in the healing and planting of the natural environment. We look forward to seeing you there.
