Children’s yoga can provide a foundation for a child’s balance and happiness that will last a lifetime. Small classes of 8-10 children allow for a sense of community and personal attention. Children work hard, have fun and feel great after a class. We explore body awareness, mind and meditation, communication, self esteem, the treasures of life, cooperation, individuality, and creativity to name a few. We highly encourage purchasing a class card as this will support the child and the commitment to the class. Curriculum will be designed in twelve week cycles. The best benefits show when the children come consecutively for all twelve weeks. And the longer the commitment, the clearer the benefits and the greater the reward.
